If your soul flowers burned, you lost those parts of yourself, whatever they represented. If both burned, you lost your memories of everything.
One of your flowers burned, though I don't know what the effects of that were supposed to be . . . both of my own flowers burned by the end, so I didn't remember anything by a certain point.
