Don't mention it. It's not that I don't mind hanging out in the park or at the café, but [ she shrugs and shuts the door as soon as kaguya is inside. ] but ever since I got my shop, IDK, ...I guess the privacy is just really nice. [ she leads her through the common room and into her own room. queen, her cat, is napping on the bed, though she cracks an eye open as soon as kaguya enters. past the mech statue is her closet, which she opens and leads her through to her workshop! ]

I hope this is okay! It has a couch at least. [ she laughs and goes to plop onto it. ] BTW, you look super cute. I definitely think your changes suit you. In a good way!

[ She's curious as she walks through the dorm, unable to help but stare a little as she makes her way deeper inside the building... and even beyond her room. A secret room inside her closet...? ]

[ It's... really spectacular. Though she would be so lost with what to do inside the workshop. She moves in, still glancing around until she makes comment on her changes. There's a faint blush but she smiles. ]

Thanks for thinking so. Yours look good too. I remember seeing a bit back in Hell proper but... it looks like things haven't faded for you either, huh. I'm still getting used to it all. Since I have wings, I kind of wish they could actually fly, you know?

Something else is right. It took some time to get used to HSS' aesthetic. It's kind of, uh, unique. I mean, all of the units are unique, but I just kind of feel like some are... [ her lips form a thin line as she thinks of the right word. ] more comfortable than others, y'know?

[ to be honest she doesn't really do much in here besides chill, especially since she hasn't been able to get her mech and it looks like that's not something she'll ever be able to get, but ah well~ ]

A few of mine changed, but same, basically. It's kind of hard to get used to something like a tail. And wings I imagine too, since they're always kind of getting in the way. Not to mention clothes are now a pain in the ass. At least I can still easily wear skirts. [ she has to imagine kaguya has had some trouble with shirts and stuff. ] How cool would that be! [ she would whine about her tentacles not being able to do much, but that would mean having to bring them up, so she'll just shut her mouth! ]

Clothes are definitely frustrating. I'm lucky to be on a unit with Shu-san. He's a tailor, and so I'm pretty spoiled by all the boys in general.

[ It seems she's currently the only girl again. Apparently, while she was gone another had shown up, but since been missing since the time of her return.

A little unsure, Kaguya glances off to the side though. She hesitates... trying to think how she'd like to approach this. ]

You didn't.....feel different did you? I mean... the baggage that comes from an event like that aside. There wasn't pain, was there...? You didn't feel strange, except for...well, except for being lightheaded, maybe?

I don't think so? But, to be truthful, I'm not sure. I was kind of, ah, super fucked up from that game. I kept it as much of a secret as I could though, which is why I was running around in my armor post game. I think I was okay though... [ maybe. ]

Not really. I kind of know of the term, but I don't really know the implications of it, if that's what you're getting it. It kind of sounds like you don't really get it either, but... does this have to do with you sucking my blood?

While I can't tell you the whole of everything I'm capable of at home... what I can tell you is that the pureblood are... we have a lot of power.

[ Staring at the ground. Her words aren't meant to brag, she's just quietly honest. ]

Vampires in my world... almost all are born as they are. But for most, their blood has been deluded over the years from having mixed relations with humans at some point in their ancestry. Of course, I think that kind of thing is just fine! I just want coexistence between everyone. But--

The point is, though, that...while most vampires are born, there are a few among us who are............ who have the ability to change humans into vampires, too. Because their fangs are poisonous like that... because they don't have a single drop of human blood that resides within them.

[ nods along with what she has to say. she didn't know vampires were this complicated, but it's not like she had ever really looked into them. or... maybe she had. she can't remember. man, this memory stuff sure does get annoying. whatever though, kaguya is explaining everything she seems to need to knoh. ]

If you had changed me because of what I had done following the Capitalism Game, then I think I would have realized it by now. I think I'm still me... er, hm [ she looks down at herself and chuckles. ] at least for the most part.

[ she just shakes her head. ] Let's just say it would have been really bad, especially since I really do like the outdoors. [ and the sun! ]

[ reaches for kaguya and tries to tug her onto the couch. ] I might not have known the risks then, but I absolutely know them know, and I can safely say that I'd do it again.

[ Her first emotion is to feel relieved. Thank goodness. She exhales, a sudden weight off her chest. If D.Va hasn't felt any strange effects, then she can assume that nothing will happen. Of course her powers in this place have been taken away. She would never use such an ability knowingly, but something like that would have bound others to her, to begin with. The producers rightfully must have thought that to be too much of an advantage. ]

If it makes you feel better-- it's not that you couldn't have gone out into the sun. Maybe it's different for former humans? Because their eyes and bodies were human, to begin with--

But for me, it's mostly a matter of how bright it is. Aha... though I've had to adjust these days anyway. Most people here keep daytime hours, after all. [ She gestures as if opening an umbrella ] I just make sure to bring something with me to help block out the light or try and stick to the shade.

And as for the heat... well, I grew up fairly north, so far as I can tell. I think I just prefer cooler weather than the heat of this place. It makes me feel worn out. I do like being outdoors, though. And the sun can be pretty-- if a little too dazzling for someone considered to be a creature of the night.

Maybe! [ as soon as she's on the couch d.va is moving closer. kaguya is so much warmer than she is, so she's going to get all up in her space, so she can ( hopefully ) share in that. ]

Have you ever been to the beach? We should go sometime. It's not like we have to go at, like, peak hours or anything too. It can be nice around dusk too, so you wouldn't have to worry about the sun, but it's not like they didn't create beach umbrellas for a reason. [ she chuckles. ]

I think fall is coming! which is a plus. I'm not really sure what I prefer... well, hm, okay, I guess that's not entirely true now. [ she sits up briefly and looks down at herself. ] I'm not sure what happened in the other hell, but I think I prefer the warmth. I think it has to do with the new additions. I could probably stand to look into snakes. [ and then she's slouching back into her. ] Just don't stare directly into it and I think you'll be fine.

[ Lucky for D.Va, Kaguya certainly feels like a heat box even if she does prefer a cooler temperature. She blinks at the other girl as she slides nearer. She hadn't really thought about the fact that some changes might make for temperature-related complications. She's thought her own changes were inconvenient, but that would definitely be obnoxious to have to keep in mind.

Ehee... she wraps her up in a hug and drags her in against her chest to gently pat her head. ]

There, There. If you get cold, I'll help keep you warm. Since I like it cool and you like it warm, maybe we'll even each other out, hm?

The beach in the afternoon into the evening would be just fine. We should make it a date.
