It’s going to depend on angle and speed. If we’re just relying on speed... probably not too far. If we ramp off something [ she points at him. ] then we’re in business.

[ she looks to where he’s pointing. ]

If we go from that building to... that one. [ she points to one that’s a bit shorter. ] I bet we could make it no problem.

[ heads back to her bike and climbs on. ] Let’s go make that jump!

[ trots after her, swinging his leg over the bike to mount up behind her. Hehehe.]

[ reaches back for his hands to move them into place around her. ]

We’re going to have to drive up a few flights of stairs.

[ grins grins grins. Do you know what's cool, a badass lady is cool. He wraps his arms around her waist as directed and leans into her back.]

[ she peels out of there and heads towards the building he had pointed out. reaching into her chest she rips out her heart weapon. pulling the trigger results in the blade coming out with a whoosh and when they're close enough she's slicing the door and barging on through! ]

[ comical over-reaction is definitely one of his Things, and so he does that thing. Give him a break he's never actually seen HSS use any of their powers.]

[ she turns the bike and skids to a temporary stop as she holds it out for him to look at. ]

[ he lifts a hand, not quite touching it, just tracing it's shape in the air like that might help him better understand it. ]

Ah, that's one of Heart Soldier's powers, huh? That's rad as hell... I'm totally jealous!

[ she nods and smiles at the blade. ] Here. [ going to pull out her phone, hit the live button, and pass it along to him, climbing off the bike and taking a few steps away. ]

[ she's going to strike the same pose that he did earlier, but as she does she activates her henshin! ]

[ dehenshins and returns to the bike, giving him about half a second to grab on before she guns it for the stairs. ]

Woah woah--!

[ for all those who may be watching on the live, there's the sound of some fumbling as X manages to not drop DVa's phone, just barely managing to settle himself on the bike and wrap and arm around her before they're moving.

He's laughing against the back of her neck, as he settles himself more securely, both arms around her now--though he's still filming with her phone, the camera facing forward from her lap ]

[ driving up the stairs is pretty awkward and not that easy, but she manages just fine. hope you don't mind the bumpy ride, x, and sorry to all of the damned watching in, because this is bound to make somebody nauseous. ]

[ eventually they reach the top of the building and, like before, she cuts down the door, so she can stop the bike on the roof. ] You ready to do this, X? Count us down!

Yeah! I will! But Is there anything specific I should be doin'--like, aerodynamically? You're the expert here!

Nah. It seems like you're already doing everything. It's like you're a pro. [ she steals a peek over her shoulder. ] Or an Ultimate.

But just like you're doing. Arms around me and press closely. Now, c'mon, let's. get. driving! [ revs the engine in excitement. ]

[ waits for his countdown. ]

[ slides one arm higher, phone camera centering...basically between her breasts, though obviously facing out, ready to get a good POV SHOT for this jump ]

Three!!

[ she is so mad that she can't also watch them MAKE THIS JUMP from the angle he has the phone at. it's bound to look amazing. ]

[ revving the engine as he counts down he catches herself smiling like a fucken lunatic. she sweeps her gaze over the surrounding buildings and, hm, it looks like they might be able to make two consecutive jumps. HOPE YOU DON'T MIND A CHANGE OF PLANS, X. on go! she guns it, burning literal rubber as the bike speeds toward the edge of the building. ]

[ as it's fast approaching the edge she does a bunny hop! getting them some additional air as they soar toward their mark. they nail it, no problem, but she doesn't hit the brakes. in fact she's totally speeding up. ]

[ ready x? ready?!? ]

[ he basically screams for the entire duration of their air time, but it's the kind of screaming where he's clearly also having a blast. He starts to laugh as soon as they touch down--and then when she doesn't stop, all he can do is laugh louder ]

[ she is going to be screaming just as much! and it's all a result of just how much fun she's having. ]

[ one more hop, skip, and jump and they're on the next building, where she does come to a stop this time. ]

[ she's trying to catch her breath, because all of the yelling has taken it out of her, but she twists a bit, so she can look over her shoulder at him. ] So, whatcha think? Awesome or awesome?

Haha, so awesome!

[ he's flushed again, but this time just with a sort of breathlessness, trying to grin at her while still laughing ]

Anything coulda happened on that second one, that was fuckin' amazing!

You said it~ [ gently taps the hand he’s holding her phone with. ] Mind shutting the live off? I have something that’s just for you.

Mm? Oh, yeah, yeah--!

[ he fumbles the phone , leaning over her shoulder to turn off the phone, but he's mostly only got eyes for her right now--too much adrenaline and thrill ]

[ it looks like he might have actually had the phone turned the wrong way, but that just means they’ll have to do this again sometime. ]

Not that the first date wasn’t nice, but this... this is certainly something else. [ and she means that in the best way possible. ] And I like it. [ she grabs the collar of his cloak and yanks him into a kiss. ] A lot.
