He--she?--is much smaller than this... but also a dragon. I think? ... At least, it's reminiscent of the dragons of legend in my country. I bet yours could just stomp all over them--the imps, I mean. Stupid nuisances. As though we don't have enough to deal with...

I bet it's adorable. [ smiles. ] And if it's a dragon then you totally have to show me. [ the dragon snorts. ] Oh, he's already taking out a bunch of imps. He helped out at the library. [ he gets more pats. ]

I know! on top of everything else we have to deal with them. It's just so... [ the remainder of the sentence devolves into a groan. ] But ever since I promised people I would drive my cars when I'm feeling like this I started just taking walks, but now that I have my aibou... I can ride him around!

That's right, the library was under attack, wasn't it? Honestly...

[ she sighs ]

It's so much. Even with as many of us as there are, we're still so very outnumbered. It's good at least you have this guy to help even up the numbers--

[ she pats the dragon's hide affectionately, good boy ]

--as well as to take you on scenic night rides.

...mm, and I might not care about that building, but I know a lot of people do, and it sucks that our hard earned upgrades are coming under fire. I have a bunch of books in my Hummer, since I was helping to get them out of there, since the imps had set a bunch of traps.

It... it really is. At least everybody's on the same page about this. Mostly. I know C is having a ball. But, like, besides him.

[ cracks a smile. ] I do love just going for a late night ride. It's so peaceful, and with the addition of the ecosystem it almost feels... real...

It's weird that they're starting to bother the buildings and upgrades... Well, I guess it was weird they wanted to steal our stuff period, but it's not like you can steal a whole library. I still don't understand their goal. At least they do seem to knock it off at night so we can enjoy the nice breeze and--

[ She was going to say the soft chirp of cicada, or even the fireflies in the actual park, but--just at that moment--a loud set of hooting and hollering takes over the tranquil night, coming from their left. ]

If I had to guess I'd say the imps probably followed somebody inside, and then it was all over from there. Hell literally breaking loose. But, yeah, I have to... agree... [ most of that word is lost in a groan as she hears the imps coming from the side. ]

I think we jinxed it. [ she cracks a small smile and retrieves her heart weapon. ] I guess we're going to have to fight for our right to relax. [ her aibou slows to a stop and turns in the direct of a gang of imps. ] We can handle this, Jaws, so you just take it easy. [ looks to hiryuu. ] Right~?

Yes, I think we've got this!

[ she slides off Jaw's side and presses her belt and summons up her heart weapon; the golden sword shimmers and glows in the dark. ]

Thank you for the ride, Jaws.

[ she pats his side again affectionately. ]

[ jaws is kind of glad he doesn't have to participate, because he's still sort of scarred from THE GUM INCIDENT. he does make a low sound in his throat as hiryuu pets him, but then he backs off a bit. ]

Watch our six. [ an order for her aibou, so he sticks around... and can alert them in case anymore of the little jerks decide to show up. ]

You guys made a biiiig mistake. [ to the imps now as she twirls her scythe and then points it at them, though the imps don't seem the least bit threatened and, instead, seem delighted to engage! this is fun, right?! ]

[ that only makes this slightly more infuriating. ] You guys are ruining our evening! [ huffs, darting forward to slice the closest two in half; though all they do is go up in smoke, so it's hardly as bad as it sounds. ]

[ it's probably a pack of about twenty of them cavorting about, trying to get the caps off a fire hydrant. As soon as D.va starts to attack them, though, the whole crowd's attention shifts to the two idols.

two more dive for Dva on either side. Hiryuu, meanwhile, slides in toward the hydrant. ]

Enough! Destruction of property is Bad End's material!

[ She swings the sword in a horizontal arc, catching one (it goes up in a poof of smoke) and then slashes down on the friend it left behind, creating a second puff ]

[ she swats at the one to her back with her tail as she cuts down the other. a quick spin and she takes out the other as it's getting up from the ground. ] Not that I think any of you give a shit about copyright infringement, buuuut you might want to listen to her and quit it.

[ the imps don't appreciate their fun being spoiled, so a couple of them rush over towards hiryuu. d.va manages to cut through a couple of them, but the others are much too quick, and continue toward their intended target. ]
