[There's no reply for a couple of seconds, but then the door pops open.]

[ she steps back, but takes his hand, leading him back to her room. ] I've been working on something for you too. Oh, and I found the perfect spot to display my cute mini mech. [ motions to it sitting on a shelf. ] I love it.

[He flushes a little - glances away.]

I think it's awesome, and if you think that's kind of janky, then just wait until you see what I've been working on. [ because it's kind of janky too! ]

c'Mon. [ she drags him toward her room and then her closet, but stops him. ] Close your eyes.

U-uh. Sure.

[Closes? His eyes??]

[ she's careful to lead him into the shop and to the far corner where she brings him to a stop. ]

Alright, OPEN.

[ she reveals this! though... it's definitely not nearly as polished. it looks like a bird though, so that's a plus, hooray! ] I was trying to make it look like Koosh. [ she puts a hand on her hip and stares at it. ] I think I did okay.

[ and then the ground shakes, and d.va gets a ping on her phone. ]

[He reaches out for the wall.]

An earthquake, I guess? C'mere, you're supposed to get in the doorway.

[ she stumbles straight into him, grabbing a hold of the frame of the door as she pulls out her phone... and then screeches in his ear. ]

HURRICANE! It's here! IT'S HERE!

[ shows him the notif about the monster truck, but then she barely let's it sink in before she's grabbing him and dragging him to the elevator. ]

It's here?

[Then he actually reads the notif, and:]

It's HERE!

[She doesn't have to drag him for long; he's tearing off after her down the hall in about 2.5 seconds.]

[ she's RIGHT beside him. ]

[ once they get outside there is a huge monster truck sitting outside. it's the size of two cards and probably the height of four cars. ]

Holy. fucken. shit. HURRICANE LOOKS AT THIS THING!

[Has she ever seen him speechless before?]

[He is SPEECHLESS.]

[ she's going to walk a circle around it and then whistle. ]

Sure. [ she's going to reach up toward it. ]

[Gets down on a knee and laces his fingers together.]

[ with hurricane's help she's able to get up to the door, which she immediately opens and climbs in. turning around she reaches down for him. ]

And let's get you up here too.

[Takes hold of her hands and scrambles up, easy enough.]

...holy crap, dude. This is like being on top of the world.

For real, this is absolutely amazing!

[ she finds the keys in the ingition, complete with a cute shark charm on them. ]
