[ since she's knocked a snack or two off she's going to kneel down and pop open the bag of chips, looking up at hurricane to make sure he isn't going to book it. she crushes them up and writes a message, ironically in doritos, hey. ]

[ she's going to stand back up, dust off her hands, and then take out her phone. ]

I am... [ but, oh, right, she can't hear him. hopefully he just knows that it's her now. she takes his hand, lacing up there fingers and giving it a small squeeze. ]

[He winces a little, because his wrist still isn't great - but he reaches forward with the other hand, too, cautious, feeling for where her face ought to be.]

[ she's not sure what he's reaching for, but she'll take a guess. hurricane manages to poke her chin, so it kind of seems like he's going for the face, so she'll guide his hand to her cheek. nuzzles into it and shuts her eyes. this is... this is real weird. ]

Man, this fucken sucks.

[He can't hear that, either - but, now that he knows where she is, more or less, he steps forward to pull her into a hug.]

[It's a crappy hug, as far as hugs go; his arms are too messed up for him to hold on, well. But he holds on as much as he's able.]

[ and since she can see him she does do her best to readjust the hug to make it a bit better, but it's fine. she can kind of tell something is up with his arms. she wonders if he'd attempted to get them healed... but if it's an effect of the game, then it probably won't do any good. like her burns. a- and her neck. she frowns, and gives him a little squeeze. ]

[Still not letting go.]
