I'm the best. So I put the pedal to the metal. But then, IDK, I didn't, because... well, nightmare. [ she shrugs. ] It was okay though, kind of, because I can't die. I get in wrecks all the time, but... but then she wasn't the one next to me anymore. It was Kohime. And she was freaking out. Like, of course she was. We were going to crash.

I wanted to help her, but my tentacles, they... [ she starts breathing a bit heavier as she reaches to cup her face with her hand. ] they slithered up my arms and locked my hands in place, they snared them to the steering wheel. I could move. I- I was trapped. A- And she was screaming. She was going to die. [ tears well in her eyes as she can see the entire thing replaying all. over. again. ]

Then we crashed.

It was bad, but... but I can't die... [ she shuts her eyes and speaks more quietly. ] But she was right across from me, dead, and all I could do was stare at her...

And then... they came out in real life, like in the nightmare? And that's why you cut them off?

I was... I was driving IRL like I do when I'm feeling upset and I just want to clear my head and stuff, and then they just kind of... popped out. I didn't expect it. I wasn't turned on. I don't think I have ever been less turned on in my life, since, well, I'm pretty sure I'm spiraling into a trauma hole, but... they still came out, and it freaked me the fuck out. I crashed. It was bad. I wasn't thinking clearly and I was upset, mad and scared, and I... I hacked them off.
