[ she makes a horrible noise, but she's just delighted. he likes it; hooray! using her tentacles she scoops him up against, so she can set him down on solid ground, but he doesn't get more than a second to himself, because she's gathering him up in a hug. looks skyward at intensity and hisses. ]
[ going to waddle with king toward a bench and make a honest(ly pathetic) attempt to hide under it. can't swoop down if she's under a bench, intensity. checkmate. ]
Blue Eyes drops from the sky a good distance from the garden. And more importantly out of immediate line of sight. (Not that Intensity cares because he has infrared so it's not like he's going to lose track of either of them).
[ Said as he's dragged into an honestly pretty one-sided and disconcerting hug, though the pain in his shoulder and a general sense it would be a bad idea prevents him from trying to squirm free. ]
He's a precious person to you, don't be angry at him. He's trying to help. And just... stay calm, okay? Everything's fine.
[ she seems... unsure. he did attack her, but... she did attack king. hm. looking at the marks on his shoulder she leans in to nose them. gently. guess who feels guilty about having done that. she's sorry. ]
[ ... ]
[ licks his cheek, because that's the best she can do right no- oh! if king trusts that other guy, then maybe he can help king fix king. where did he go though???????? ]
[ she doesn't believe him, but it is time to leave the bench... so she can continue to smother him with love. will another bush help? she's going to rip another one up and bring it over... holding it up alongside his head, because, look, the flowers match his hair :3. ]
[ but it's hard to be happy when he's bleeding and she's responsible. where is this other precious person of hers? he needs to come here and make this better, for real. ]
[ she doesn’t immediately come back and actually runs well beyond the stick, but eventually she comes back tangled in what’s left of a wind chime as she holds one of the pieces proudly. ]
[ this, this here, is for intensity. ]
[ are you ready king? have you got your bush? because we need to go find him! ]
[ she gets on her hind legs and awkwardly walk/waddles over to king and scoops him up in a princess carry. she’s got you. her tentacles even extract the bush from his hands and hold it to her back for safekeeping. ]
[ let us go! ]
[ she does seem intrigued about this ‘home’. what could that be like?! ]
[ starts forward, still on her hind legs, and it’s off to search for intensity. ]
[Like this Oscar the Grouch who is still waiting outside the park for the two of them to emerge.
He's leaning up against Blue Eyes, arms crossed while it looks like she is sitting down comfortably. Well, save for the fact she is in the perfect position for pouncing anyway.]
[ her other ‘precious person’, because he couldn’t have gotten far, right? right! ]
[ spotting him just outside the park she runs ( sort of ) over. the ride for king has to be kind of bumpy, because she’s not used to moving on exclusively her hind legs yet, but she’s learning. she makes some incomprehensible screeching noise at intensity, because, yay, we’ve found him! ]
[ she sets king down gently and then tries to present intensity with the broken wind chime. ]
Re: Day 222, evening
Do the friendship speeches work? D.Va isn't trying to actively gore King now (though don't think he didn't notice the blood on him from before).
Well. King gets exactly one shot to prove friendship is magic before Intensity is through playing "nice".]
Re: Day 222, evening
King seems determined that talking this through will work, and being handed a bush is... probably proof?
Uh...
He holds his hands out, absolutely baffled. ]
T- ... Thank you...

Re: Day 222, evening
Really now?
Blue Eyes drops from the sky a good distance from the garden. And more importantly out of immediate line of sight. (Not that Intensity cares because he has infrared so it's not like he's going to lose track of either of them).
Scream if you need him, King.]
Re: Day 222, evening
Hey.

Re: Day 222, evening
It's fine, don't worry about it...
[ Are we leaving the bench now ]
Re: Day 222, evening
[ but it's hard to be happy when he's bleeding and she's responsible. where is this other precious person of hers? he needs to come here and make this better, for real. ]
Re: Day 222, evening
It's okay, the first one is already perfect.
Re: Day 222, evening
[ so where is the beanpole? she just quirks her head at him. ] ???
Re: Day 222, evening
DID YOU KNOW CHARADES IS THE ONE GAME HE IS NOT KING OF ]
What is it?
Re: Day 222, evening
that's definitely blue-eyes, right? right. ]
[ but how to convey intensity... oh! she turns around and goes to grab a stick, bringing it back over to king. here. intensity! ]
Re: Day 222, evening
You want me to throw it?
Re: Day 222, evening
[ but also YES. ]
[ tail wagging intensifies. ]
Re: Day 222, evening
He takes the stick and then chucks it a ways into the park, while he tries to figure out what the fuck to do now.
Should they... go back to the dorm...? Stay out here? Find a-- who? Who exactly? Who can fix this?? ]
Re: Day 222, evening
[ this, this here, is for intensity. ]
[ are you ready king? have you got your bush? because we need to go find him! ]
Re: Day 222, evening
Maybe.
But he does indeed have his... flower bush. Thank you. ]
... Well done.
Hey -- how about we go? Let's find Intensity and... go home.
Re: Day 222, evening
[ let us go! ]
[ she does seem intrigued about this ‘home’.
what could that be like?! ]
[ starts forward, still on her hind legs, and it’s off to search for intensity. ]
Re: Day 222, evening
He allows it, though, because not allowing it still seems unwise, and it seems like they're... making progress.
But the way she's moving suggests she's not just wandering aimlessly, so-- ]
... Are you looking for something...?

[ she sets king down gently and then tries to present intensity with the broken wind chime. ]
Re: Day 222, evening
He takes a few steps back once he's on the ground again, sighing a little in relief.
Take ur wind-chime Intensity ]
Re: Day 222, evening
Intensity reaches out to tap it with a finger, and the wind chime starts to repair itself.
And while not looking at King:]
Stay put. Your shoulder needs to get looked at.
[As if King was the one running off.]
Re: Day 222, evening
[ h- how?! ]
[ immediately tries to pawn the possessed wind chime off on intensity again. it’s for you! take it!! ]
Re: Day 222, evening
It's a scratch, it's fine. I'll deal with it after she's back to normal.
