I apologize that this comes by way of letter. But I know that now isn't a particularly great time for anyone, either of us included and I want to give you that time with the people that are near and dear to you. However-- I had a feeling that if I allowed myself to put this off, it would be something I would come to regret. And I'm quite tired of pushing things back or letting them go.
The things I said to you back in the hotel-- while it's true that I said them under the influence of outside forces-- were reflections of my own genuine feelings. I don't exactly like that that's the way they came out, however I don't regret finally saying them. If anything, I'm grateful that it forced me to finally come to terms with them instead of continuing to just run away from them.
I know full well how feelings are here. I don't expect anything in return in any sense.
But I want you to have a proper representation of at least my own feelings.
I love you, now and always. And I want you to remember it-- regardless of anything else.
